How to get in touch with USoft Support

 

When you need help on using USoft products, or have a specific technical question there are several options you can use to get in touch with the USoft Customer Support team.

If you haven't found your answer on our community platform, try one of the following ways:

 

Option 1: Send a question, incident or sevice request

  1. Navigate to https://usoftsupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk

  2. Log in with your Usoft Jira account (no access? request your USoft Point of Contact)

  3. Access the USoft environment and send a service ticket. We will respond within a specified number of days based on the level of urgency.

 

Option 2: Asking the USoft community

For help from USoft experts, post your question to the USoft Community. Our community is a great location for trading ideas with other USoft users and finding the latest information from the USoft low-code platform.

 

Option 3: By e-mail

Send an e-mail with your question to support@usoft.com. We will respond within a specified number of days based on the level of urgency.
