How to get in touch with USoft Support
When you need help on using USoft products, or have a specific technical question there are several options you can use to get in touch with the USoft Customer Support team.
If you haven't found your answer on our community platform, try one of the following ways:
Option 1: Ad a comment to an article
If you have a question about a particular functionality of our platform or about the community, you can add your comment or question to one of the articles on the USoft community.
- Open the specific article on the USoft Community.
- Scroll to the end of the article and add a comment.
- USoft Customer Support members monitor these articles for comments and provide the answer to your question asap.
Option 2: Asking the USoft community
For help from USoft experts, post your question to the USoft Community. Our community is a great location for trading ideas with other USoft users and finding the latest information from the USoft low-code platform.
Option 3: By e-mail
Send an e-mail with your question to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you within 1 working day.
Option 4: by phone
During CET office hours, call +31 35 699 0996 to get immediate assistance from our support team. If necessary, we will engage a USoft senior software developer for support.
