What is USoft policy regarding product support?

It is USoft policy to actively support the last two major versions of USoft products at time of release. This also applies to RDBMS and OS support. USoft 10 is available in production and is the latest major version so USoft 9 -  the previous major release -  is supported. USoft 8.0 and older versions will not be actively supported with the release of USoft 10.

This means that questions will still be answered for previous versions but should a problem result in changes being required to our software then a new fix for that version will not be automatically released.
