You can report issues via multiple channels. You can e-mail us via support@usoft.com. Whenever you encounter an issue or error, we strongly recommend that you take note of the reproduction steps that lead towards the error. This will allow us to help you more effectively.
When reporting the issue by e-mail, please provide us with the following information:
- USoft version(s) used
- RDBMS ,OS type and version
- Details of the error code or description, preferably by text. A screenshot is also helpful.
- Complete step by step instructions that allow us to reproduce the issue on our side. If we are unable to reproduce the issue, we cannot effectively continue our investigation.
- All relevant logs, this may be:
- Violation reports
- Message history logs
- Rules Service, Service Framework and/or Page Engine logs
- Definitions/repository files:
- Flat files
- XML export of definitions
- TDF repository backups
- Repository in advanced cases.
- OS level:
- Crash dump files
- Windows Event logs
- Process monitor (procmon) related details
