How to add a validation to the phonenumber field that it is at least 10 characters or larger in web form

Hi,

For a web form with a telephone number as the field. How can I add validation for the user, so that he can put at least 10 characters or larger.

I tried to put a JS in callClientScript() as below.

Can you please guide?
